At Phoenixx Cars, we offer an account service to our business customers who use our services on a regular basis without the hassle of needing to pay after each journey. You will be assigned to a personal account manager who will deal with all your account activities. For your convenience we will send you a copy of an invoice every month to pay in 30 days time.
Our unique executive service is also available as an optional extra where you will be greeted with a 500ml water bottle and a newspaper which you can request. Just ask when making a booking. It is advisable to book your transfer or taxi transportation service 24 hours in advance to avoid disappointment. However if you need to go somewhere in a hurry just give us a call and we will accommodate your needs in the best way possible.
It is our responsibility to check your flight and you don't have to worry if it is late. Our taxi waiting time begins 30 minutes after the flight has landed. So, if your flight is late, it won't cost you more. All drivers will also send you a SMS text to confirm when they have arrived. A meet and greet service from all airports is designed to ease the stress of your journey by providing a luxurious taxi that personally awaits your arrival at the airport.
